解读！什么是乡村振兴“头雁”项目

 

 

 

广袤乡村，既是充满希望的田野，也是全面推进乡村振兴的主战场。当前，我国正加快农业农村现代化发展步伐，要让乡村产业旺起来、农民富起来、农村美起来，产业是根基，而人才则是激活这一切的核心动能。

 

然而，乡村发展面临的人才短缺、能力不足等问题，却成为了制约乡村振兴的 “拦路虎”。如何破解这一难题，打造一支能扎根乡村、引领发展的骨干队伍？2022 年，农业农村部、财政部联合启动的乡村产业振兴带头人培育 “头雁项目”，给出了有力答案。

“头雁”就是具有明确的产业发展方向

较高的经营管理水平

专业的知识技术和产业开发能力

从事规模化生产经营

且乐于示范引领和辐射

带动群众共同致富的

乡村产业振兴带头人

 

“头雁”项目是如何落实的

 

“头雁”项目是以省为单位逐步落地实施的，自从中央部委“头雁”项目发布以来，各省积极响应，根据本省自身实际情况，结合自身优势，随即发布自己落实“头雁”项目，培育乡村振兴领头雁的方案。
